On Italian Republic Day, we proudly celebrate Italy’s legacy of innovation, creativity, and excellence—and a remarkable achievement within the Pininfarina family.

Last week, during the celebrations at the iconic Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, organized by the Consulate General of Italy in Miami, Claudio Da Soller, Vice President and General Manager of Pininfarina of America, was appointed Cavaliere dell’Ordine della Stella d’Italia (Knight of the Order of the Star of Italy).

The Order of the Star of Italy is one of the Italian Republic’s highest civilian honors, awarded to individuals who have made significant contributions to strengthening friendship, cooperation, and relations between Italy and other nations.

This prestigious recognition reflects Claudio’s dedication to fostering connections between Italy and the Americas while championing Italian excellence through design, innovation, and business leadership.

Congratulations, Claudio, on this well-deserved honor.

Following the success of the Pininfarina Summer 2025 Contest, Kenlee Manuirirangi’s vision for Cuore Meccanico returned to the runway at the Istituto Marangoni Miami Fashion Show on May 20th — unveiling new designs that further explored the dialogue between emotion, movement, and innovation.

Through bold tailoring, sculptural silhouettes, and expressive detailing, the collection reflects a vision where fashion and design engineering coexist in perfect harmony.

From concept to fashion show spotlight ✨ We’re proud to share that Kenlee Manuirirangi’s winning design from the Istituto Marangoni x Pininfarina Summer 2025 Contest was showcased during the exclusive pre-screening event of The Devil Wears Prada 2, hosted by Univision in Miami.
 
Cuore Meccanico, Translating to “Mechanical Heart,” is a collection born from the desire to transform Pininfarina’s storied design legacy into high-fashion art. Kenlee spent a few weeks at the Pininfarina of America studio bringing her vision of weaving classic and bold silhouettes, sculptural curves and striking lines into a vision of eternal elegance.
