duck sauce chicken 🤎

I love a quick weeknight dinner, especially on nights when I’m running around for carpool. this is one of my go-to easy chicken recipes. Inspired by Jamie Gellar.

12 chicken thighs
1 jar of duck sauce
1/2 jar of apricot jelly
seasonings of choice

set oven to 375 degrees. bake uncovered for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

So excited to finally have a gourmet grocery store like this in Miami. I stopped into Flow Grocer in Downtown Miami and immediately fell in love. Such a great addition to the area.

Danny and I are always looking for the kind of family-style restaurant we can come back to with the kids, and Zito’s in Fort Lauderdale was such a good find. Homemade pasta, generous plates for the table, and one of those dinners that felt easy and special at the same time. We loved it.
