SPF is not just black or white. I agree - not every SPF is safe. And also you do not need to wear SPF every time you leave the house. Market is full of all kinds of sunscreens and how to know which one is safe for our hormones? I got you 🙏

I used to be afraid of being alone.
Now I’m a little afraid of letting someone in.

Because somewhere in the silence,
I found the woman I had lost.
And the longer I walk beside her, the more precious she becomes to me.

The longer I stay celibate, the more sacred my body feels.
The longer I protect my peace, the harder it becomes to imagine giving it to someone who cannot protect it with me.

Sometimes I wonder if the kind of man my heart is waiting for even exists.
Maybe my standards have become too high.
Or maybe I have simply learned that love should never require me to lose myself again.

So yes, I still dream of love.
I still want to be chosen, held, known.
But for the first time in my life, I am no longer willing to abandon myself just to be loved 🌹
