If you struggle to have healthy skin, here’s what I would focus on first:

1. Stop over-washing your skin!
Skipping a morning face wash can actually help your skin barrier heal. Over-cleansing strips natural oils and doesn’t give your skin enough time to repair itself.

2. Stop over-exfoliating.
Too many acids, scrubs, or strong tretinoin too often can leave your skin irritated, inflamed, and sensitive. Healthy skin is not about attacking your face every day.

3. Nutrition matters more than people think.
Focus on whole foods, organic and pasture-raised products, and cook more at home. Homemade chicken soup and bone broth are one of the best natural sources of collagen and minerals that support skin from within.
