🔁 - The last week of September is always dedicated to raising awareness about diaper need, advocating for families in need and collect much needed diapers for babies. This year is a little different as we shift (like many) to virtual events but the fun continues.

Join us starting today with virtual events for the whole family. From cookie making class to art and even a little workout to get you moving. One hour session for you and the little ones to celebrate and help others!

H O M E B I R T H ❤️ This past Sunday I had my most magical and most memorable birth of the of year. So proud of my friend and client and the birth team and Frankie the dog 🙏🏾

I knew Kathy years before she became a mom. She has always been so supportive of me, would not exist without her! So when she asked me to be her a Doula and support her through this journey I was honored. And when she expressed to me that she was wanted do a home birth and needed help with finding a midwife I was like YESSSS because I knew she would BIRTH LIKE A BAWSE!

Thank you for letting me into this very sacred and private part of your life. I know how special your first birth is so it means a lot that you included me. BABY AMIA IS GORGEOUS AND VERY LOVED!❤️💕

💔Omg omg omg I feel like my sunshine is gone, I am still in shock from yesterday, I can’t believe I have to write this post. My very close friend, my mentor, my sister, my family - Amber I just can’t accept that you are gone. I can’t believe I won’t be able to talk to you everyday anymore. You didn’t deserve this. Your 3 children didn’t deserve this. This is so unfair and I will continue to fight for your justice. Our whole birthworker community is shook, we are devastated! I can’t keep it together long enough to say what I want to say right now but I am asking everyone to please donate anything you can to her fundraiser. The link is in my bio. Amber was the most beautiful, positive, happiest soul and so strong and an inspiration to everyone she came in touch with. I honestly don’t know what I am going to do without her. My soul sister. I love you so so much Amber. I just can’t take this. You will live in my heart and soul forever 🙏🏾❤️

And this time we are partnering up with to give out much needed items for babies and kids in our Miami community. If you’d like to volunteer please click the link in my bio. Breast milk is liquid gold. It’s your baby’s first vaccine. It is more nutritious than any milk you will find at the store. I always encourage my moms to save their unused breastmilk because you can use it to make for for your baby - and yourself! Baby cereal, smoothies, oatmeal, pancakes - the list goes on. Your breastmilk is incredibly valuable. Don’t waste it. But don’t sell it either.

Breastmilk is also big money maker in the wellness black market. Bodybuilder and other fitness professionals pay big bucks for breast milk. But it raises a lot of safety and ethical issues as well.
