There’s something so special about watching a baby I’ve known since birth continue to thrive 🤍
This little one is 3 months old now, and their nervous system is doing exactly what it’s designed to do - adapting, growing, and healing beautifully.
When we support babies from day one, we’re not just addressing what’s already showing up (the sleep struggles, the feeding challenges, the tension). We’re giving their developing nervous system the foundation it needs to handle everything life throws their way.
Think of it like this: every time baby’s body experiences stress - growth spurts, teething, learning new movements, processing their environment - their nervous system has to adapt. When there’s interference from birth tension still stored in their body, that adaptation gets harder.
But when we gently release that interference with sustained contact (pressure so light you could use it on your own eyeball), their body has the space to do what it does best: heal, grow, and thrive.
This is preventative care at its finest. This is what it looks like to invest in your baby’s foundation from the very beginning.
If you’re pregnant or have a newborn, the best time to get their nervous system checked is now. Not when symptoms show up - but before they even start.
