Wellbeing isn’t separate from performance. It helps make it possible. It’s a win-win.

When leaders create cultures where people feel supported, valued and able to thrive, the impact can be felt across the entire organization.

WOHASU brings together the science, ideas and people helping turn wellbeing into practice. How we lead shapes how we work, connect and thrive. Let’s lead through a wellbeing lens.

Are you living your life, or scrolling past it?

At WOHASU 2026, Founder and CEO Karen Guggenheim reminded us of the power of being “where your feet are.”

Presence shapes our memories, relationships, and wellbeing. And the habits we build today can become the scaffolding that supports us when life gets difficult.

Be present. Choose IRL. Don’t scroll past your own life.

How can you measure the impact of the World Happiness Summit? It’s in the Ripples.

WOHASU may begin with a moment, a conversation, or an insight, but the impact travels much further.

We are very grateful to our community members for sharing these meaningful stories shaping their lives.

“Music speaks more clearly than the words we have.” 🎧✨

In his inspiring WOHASU 2026 keynote, speaker, DJ, and mental health advocate Rob Stephenson shares how music can be used intentionally as a powerful, cost-free tool to manage our daily mental health and wellbeing.

As Rob puts it: “Music helps us do life better.”

Discover how intentional listening can help you:

🧠 Shift your mental state — from stressed and anxious to calm and grounded.

⚡ Boost performance & motivation — research shows listening to music you love can increase exercise performance by 20%.

🌙 Improve sleep quality — feed your nervous system wholesome sounds before bed for better rest.

🤝 Deepen human connection — connect with loved ones and friends through shared music when words aren’t enough.

What song elevates your wellbeing? 🎶

What if you didn’t have to figure everything out right now?

Overthinking can keep us replaying the past, predicting the future, and searching for certainty that may never come.
Sometimes, the most helpful thing we can do is return to what’s actually in front of us.
Pause.

Name what you can control.
Take one small next step.
Give yourself permission to leave the rest for later.

Wellbeing is built in the everyday moments, including learning when to step out of our thoughts and back into our lives.

What helps you quiet an overthinking mind?

When did calling a friend just to say hi become something we had to schedule?

A recent New York Magazine/The Cut piece, “I Should Be Allowed to Cold-Call My Friends,” got us thinking about the way friendship has changed.

We’re more connected than ever, yet so much of that connection happens through texts, reactions, memes, and “we need to catch up soon” messages.

But friendship needs more than updates. It needs our time, our voices, our presence.

At WOHASU, we talk a lot about the importance of human connection because the relationships we nurture are an essential part of how we flourish.

So here’s your WOHASU reminder for today: Call the friend. Make the plan. Stay a little longer. Protect the relationships that make life better.

And maybe, every once in a while, skip the “Are you free to talk?” text and just call.

Who’s the friend you could call today? 📞

Sometimes the most important conversations begin with a simple question:

“How are you, really?”

On World Su***de Prevention Day, we’re reminded of the importance of connection, compassion, and creating spaces where people feel safe to be honest about how they’re doing.

Reach out to someone today. Listen without rushing to fix. Make time. Remind the people in your life that they matter.

Because we don’t always know what someone is carrying.

Connection matters. And sometimes, one conversation can make a difference.

If you or someone you know is struggling with thoughts of su***de or self-harm, please reach out for support. In the U.S., call or text 988 to reach the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline. Outside the U.S., contact your local crisis line or emergency service for support.

You are not alone, and asking for help matters.

What if, in the pursuit of happiness, we’re overlooking the joy already around us?

At WOHASU 2026, Dr. Judith Joseph reminded us that joy isn’t something we have to earn or wait for. It’s found in the everyday moments we often move past.

Don’t let the pursuit of happiness make you miss today’s joy.

What brought you joy today?
