The best things you can do for your immune system are not glamorous — and most of them are free. Sleep, nutrition, hydration, exercise, and stress management still matter more than most wellness trends.

Ivermectin is an anti-parasitic medication — not a proven cure for cancer, COVID, or hantavirus.
A drug showing activity in a lab or having a theoretical mechanism does NOT automatically mean it works safely or effectively in humans.
That’s why medicine relies on clinical trials, not viral posts.

Ever wonder why one scan looks normal… and another lights up?
CT, PET, and MRI don’t do the same thing—and that’s exactly why doctors use them together.
As a medical oncologist, I explain this to patients every day. One shows structure, one shows activity, and one shows fine detail.
Once you understand this, your scan reports start to make a lot more sense.

Does sugar feed cancer?
As an oncologist, this is one of the most common cancer nutrition questions I hear.
Here’s the truth about sugar and cancer:
• Sugar does not directly feed cancer
Both healthy cells and cancer cells use glucose for energy.
• Cutting out sugar does not starve cancer
Your body still needs glucose to fuel healthy cells.
• Blood sugar spikes matter more
High insulin and IGF-1 levels may stimulate pathways linked to cancer growth.
• A balanced cancer diet is key
Instead of eliminating sugar completely, focus on a balanced, low-glycemic diet.
• Don’t fear food
There is no scientific evidence that sugar alone causes cancer to grow.
Understanding the truth about cancer nutrition can help you make healthier choices without fear.
