A note from the founders. 🧡

Sometimes people ask us why we started The Switch.

The truth is, we were looking for something that didn't quite exist.

A version of wellness that felt balanced instead of all-or-nothing. One that made room for movement, nourishing meals, meaningful connection, and still left space to simply enjoy life.

Truthfully, there were moments this year when we wondered if anyone else was looking for that too.

Seeing this community continue to grow has reminded us that they were.

Thank you for believing in this vision and helping shape it into something even better than we imagined.

We're so grateful you're here.
