💫No Chop, No Stove Top💫

Swipe 👉🏻 to check out some easy family dinner ideas to take the stress out of meal time

🍗store made rotisserie chicken
🍚microwaveable rice
🫘seasoned black beans
🫛air friend green beans - season with oil, garlic powder, S&P

🍝ravioli package
🥫canned tomatoes + water
🧄garlic powder
🍃frozen spinach - thaw before adding to baking pan
🧀cheese on top

Dump all ingredients into a baking pan, cover with foil, and bake at 400 degrees F for 20-25 min

🍔fresh burger patties cooked in the air fryer or toaster oven with wheat buns for extra fiber and cheese for flavor
🌽frozen or fresh pre shucked and pre trimmer corn on the cob and steam in the microwave
🫘canned baked beans

🐟large fresh salmon fillet cooked on a sheet pan and season with what your family likes best
🥦frozen roasted broccoli on the same sheet pan as the salmon - season with oil and garlic salt
🥔heat & eat mashed potatoes

Roast the salmon and broccoli in the oven at 375 for 15 - 20 min depending on salmon size and/or temp cook preference

🍕baked frozen pizza of choice
🥗salad kit that includes all the fixings
🍇fresh grapes or preferred fruit

Remember: convenience or not chopping or stove topping doesn't mean you're compromising on nutrition 🍽️
