My goal is to share with you what I've learned over the years and encourage you with all sorts of tips and tricks. There is always another path to accomplishing your goals and you can do this! You have to believe, have courage, change your daily habits and take a leap into the unknown. My journey with Zepbound began 4/19/25 and as of October 2026....I am down 130+ pounds....My Loaded Teas journey has helped me to drink more water...because I hate plain water...and was drinking 8-10 Sodas a day. I have an appetite for all things sweet and these Loaded Teas fit the bill. You can make them as sweet or not so sweet depending on how much water you choose to fill your cup with. I now prioritize water and protein daily. I drink approx 150 ounces of water daily and I consume 100+grams of protein daily. What I've learned is that small changes can lead to large changes over time. The most effective way to change your habits is to focus not on what you want to achieve, but on who you wish to become. Becoming the best version of yourself requires you to be open to editing your beliefs, and being able to upgrade and expand your identity. The secret to your success is hidden in your daily routine. My dream is that when people think of me, they say, that crazy Unicorn helped make my life better. 🧡

🌴🍓🥥 MIAMI VICE MOMENT! 🥥🍓🌴

This is what I’m drinking today, and OH. MY. GOSH. 🤩 Miami Vice tastes like the perfect tropical combination of sweet strawberry and creamy piña colada—with an icy, refreshing finish!

And can we talk about this color?! 💕 The actual drink is a gorgeous rosy pink that perfectly matches my outfit. It tastes even better than it looks—and that’s saying something! 😍

I love having so many delicious flavors that help me drink more water without forcing myself to choke down boring plain water. This one makes hydration feel like a tropical treat! 🏝️

🧡 Everyone on a GLP‑1 needs a drink menu…and this has honestly been a game changer for me. 🧡

When you’re eating smaller portions and tracking what you consume, the calories and sugar in your drinks still count. But let’s be honest…plain water can get boring fast!

Before starting my journey, I was drinking as many as 12 sodas a day. Loaded Tea helped me break that habit. Now I enjoy one delicious tea in the morning, and another in the afternoon and it has made drinking more water throughout the day so much easier for me. I regularly drink 120 ounces or more now! 💧

These limited-edition Loaded Legends give me the fun flavors I used to look for in soda…without all the sugar and carbs:

🍒 Chillin’ Cherry
☁️ Cotton Candy
🍓🍋 Strawberry Lemonade
🍓 Southern Strawberry Kiss
🍏 Green Apple Slime
🩵 PEZ Sour Blue Razz

✨ Zero sugar and zero carbs
✨ 5g of protein + collagen in each Loaded Legend
✨ B vitamins, aloe, D3 and K2
✨ No Red 40, artificial colors, artificial flavors or aspartame
✨ One packet makes a full 32-ounce drink
✨ Natural-caffeine choices with 200mg from green tea
✨ Caffeine-free choices are available too
✨ More than 40 flavors, so your drink menu never gets boring!

I can’t promise anyone else’s experience…but for me, these helped replace a major soda habit while making hydration something I actually look forward to. That is a HUGE win on my Zepbound journey! 🙌

You can’t just sit back and wait for something to happen. The decision you don’t make on Monday will still be waiting for you on Tuesday, and by then two new decisions will have to be dealt with, and if you still don’t make those decisions, you’ll have three more on Wednesday. Pretty soon, you’re so overwhelmed by everything you still haven’t dealt with that you become completely paralyzed and can’t do anything. Meanwhile someone else is out there making all kinds of mistakes, learning from them, and getting to where you wanted to be.
