A great reframe from Brian Lottman, a traveling monk who will be here holding a gathering at Center Health on September 16th, 7-8:30pm.

To my followers on here, I cannot encourage you enough to come to this gathering in September. Brian has spent the last 15 years of his life seeking the company of saints and yogis, imbibing their teachings, their wisdom, their love, and sharing it with people around the world through these gatherings.

Week 2 Update on the gut/parasite cleanse from Luna Lab Here’s the Cliffs Notes:

* Day 15/30 - No parasites found as of yet (didn’t think I had any to begin with)

* Mild stomach discomfort almost daily (tolerable but noticeable)

* Bowel movement timing is unpredictable

* DO: Eat whole foods, get enough fiber

* DON’T: Eat processed foods (or at least minimize them because they feel extra gross on this cleanse)

* Other results: I feel better (healthier diet helps), losing some belly fat and visceral fat (again, healthier diet helps)

Mark your calendar and bring a friend! We’re back with another free meditation while you sit within the field of The Light System. No need to sign up, just arrive.

There’s been a lot of chaotic, dystopian, and downright fear-inducing developments across the world this month. I could list them out, but that’s not the point of this message or this meditation, because what we focus on, expands… Did you ever notice that?

That is exactly the principle of meditation and what makes it so special. We can expand positive things by focusing on, you guessed it, positive things. And the more people we have, the more exponentially powerful meditation becomes. So again, bring a friend, and let’s shift the focus towards love.

This month will be a mantra meditation, so we will simply be reciting a phrase together for the first half, and then use the rest of the hour to integrate and relax fully into the words we just spoke.

Do I think I have parasites? Honestly, no idea… But I do know I can absolutely benefit from a general gut cleanse, and that’s enough for me to give it a try.

So I’m excited to start my 30-day gut/parasite cleanse from Luna lab - Microbiome Sciences !

I’ll be trying to document the process on here over the next month, so stay tuned for updates.

And if anyone else has tried something like this before, please share your experience! I’m all ears, and I’m sure others are too!
