FIKA mobile was set up for a week at a beautiful private residence in Middlebury surrounded by open grassy fields, sweeping mountain views, and that unmistakable Vermont charm.

There’s something special about stepping out of the warmth of the sauna into the fresh Vermont air while taking in views like these. It was the perfect setting to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the outdoors.

As we head into our seasonal closing on May 31st, we just want to say thank you.

This past season has been incredibly special, and we are so grateful for everyone who booked a session, shared FIKA with friends, supported our small business, and made this space what it is.

We’ll be taking a summer break and will reopen this fall. But, behind the scenes, we’ll be busy working on some exciting enhancements for the new season ahead - new offerings, improvements to the driveway, and best of all — a permanent cold plunge is coming!

We cannot wait to welcome you back this fall for an even better FIKA experience. Until then, thank you again for an amazing season.

A popular choice for Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day! FIKA sauna pairs perfectly with a backyard barbecue—offering the ideal balance of relaxation and refresh with a cold plunge option.

Had an amazing time bringing FIKA’s mobile sauna to Vermont’s first Sauna Festival on Saturday! The energy was incredible all day and it was cool to see six sauna folks come together and start building something really special. You could really feel the sense of connection, shared passion, and community taking shape. Feeling super grateful (and honestly honored) to be part of this little village! Can’t wait to see where it goes from here.

As we move into the warmer months, we’re now accepting bookings through the end of May ☀️ We recommend booking soon, as April is filling quickly.
We’ll be closing for the season at the end of May as we shift into summer. During the summer months, we may offer limited days and times, which we will announce toward the end of May.
This has been an incredible season and we’re grateful for everyone who has spent time with us in the sauna.
As we wrap up the season, we’re looking forward to stepping back, slowing down, and spending more time with family for the summer.

Weekend well spent at Newark Pond ❄️
Snowmobiles racing across the frozen lake, engines roaring — and the sauna right there bringing the heat. Cold air, warm steam, and classic winter Vermont vibes.

While we didn’t get the full, vibrant northern lights show that many saw a couple nights ago, we were lucky enough to catch a glimpse of them dancing softly above us. A quieter kind of magic—subtle, fleeting, and still completely awe-inspiring. Sometimes it’s not about the spectacle, but the moment of looking up, slowing down, and realizing how special it is just to witness even a hint of something so rare.
