Things I have learned as a healer
1. I don’t try to fix anyone. Healing isn’t about fixing. It’s about remembering. You are not broken. And you don’t need saving. You just need an environment where you can feel safe so that you can return to your authentic self.
2. I don’t abandon myself to hold space for others. Boundaries are healing. My energy matters just as much as the people I work with. I am a better guide when I honor both.
3. I don’t pretend to have it all together. I’m not here to be perfect. I’m here to be real. Healers are human too. The magic lives in our integrity, not our image.
4. I don’t bypass the body. Healing isn’t all floaty and woo. I work with the nervous system, intuition, emotion, and sensation. The body is the portal. Energy is the source.
5. I don’t separate healing from living. Healing is sacred, yes, but it is not your job. It’s not your identity. It is the foundation for joy, connection, expression, and thriving
This is the way I am working now. This is the way I guide others.
From healing into thriving
From fear into freedom
From fixing to remembering.
