The internet has made wellness harder.

A customer walked into our store recently and told us something that really stuck with us.

He said:

“I got overwhelmed.”

Overwhelmed by all the videos.
Overwhelmed by all the opinions.
Overwhelmed by all the products.
Overwhelmed by all the things that are supposedly “the best thing right now.”

Then he remembered that a couple of years ago we had talked about Embrace Wellness.

His thought was simple:

And he did.
