Tired of Exercising? Can't set aside the time? Try and "EXERCISE SNACK." Get up and move 4-5 times a day for 2-10 minutes. Make it worth it though - Walk a few flights of stairs, walk quickly, do wall pushups...

What ever you do, get your heart rate up a little bit. Sometimes breaking up an activity makes it easier and the benefits still count!
