October 1st is upon us already which means another THRIVE and SHINE highlight! ☀️ We are so grateful for all of the team members who are behind the progress of our treasured patients and athletes. Today we would like you to meet Marisa! Marisa is a physical therapy assistant who earned her degree from Del Tech. She loves getting to know each patient and helping them reach their specific goals to improve their daily living. Marisa enjoys being outside with her kids and going to the beach, and is passionate about helping patients return to the activities they enjoy. We are so grateful to have Marisa as part of Team Thrive!

Congratulations to Tom, who just completed his 12 week clinical rotation with us today! He is off to take his boards, and will be graduating with his Doctorate from Arcadia University this year. We will miss you around here Tom, but hope to work with you again real soon!

September 1st officially kicks off our new monthly series called THRIVE and SHINE! ☀️ We are so grateful for all of the team members who are behind the progress of our treasured patients and athletes. Today we would like you to meet Rachel! Rachel originally joined the Thrive family years ago as a Rehab Tech before going to pursue her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She has since returned equipped with the knowledge, abilities, and experience necessary to ensure each patient receives comprehensive care. Rachel earned her Undergraduate Degrees in both Exercise Science and Psychology from Salisbury University, and went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree from Stockton University. We are so grateful to have Rachel as part of Team Thrive!

Today's patient spotlight is for this amazing athlete, Christian Luc. Today was his last day at Thrive after working hard post-ACL reconstruction. 💪 He has overcome so much and is off to play volleyball for Eastern University! 🏐 We will miss you, Christian, but we know you will do great things!

Congratulations to our senior in the PTMA program, Russell! 👏

He won 2nd place at the Hodgson in house HOSA competition. He competes in the first round of the state competition next week. Wishing Russell all the best! 🎉

The PTMA (Physical Therapy/Medical Assisting) program at Hodgson Vo-Tech is a career pathway program. Students learn skills that prepare them for the workplace in medical settings such as PT clinics, doctor’s offices, hospitals, etc.

HOSA (Future Healthcare Professionals) is a competition that includes both test-based and skill-based events. Students compete at regional and state levels.

Russell is 1 of 5 Vo-Tech seniors completing their co-op at Thrive. 💚
