EMS Week is always a good reminder of the kind of people we’re lucky to have at TOWEMS.

This week, several of our providers were recognized for lifesaving efforts after three separate saves over the past few months. Those moments don’t happen by accident — they come from training, teamwork, quick decisions, and people who genuinely care about this community.

We’re proud of our crews and grateful for the work they do every single day, whether anyone sees it or not. Happy EMS Week to all EMS providers out there continuing to answer the call.

As we wrap up Autism Acceptance Month we're proud to see our team showing their support by wearing neurodiversity awareness polos throughout April—creating visibility, starting conversations, and reinforcing our commitment to inclusion.

At TOWEMS, we are proud to support and celebrate neurodiversity—not just this month, but all year long.

Recently, one of our team members had the opportunity to present at Gifted Children Community Enrichment Center- Middletown, NY, a local organization dedicated to providing affordable, community-based learning opportunities for individuals of all ages. Their mission helps ensure that underserved children and adults have access to meaningful activities, inclusive environments, and the ability to engage in the community without stigma.

Acceptance goes beyond awareness. It’s about understanding, respect, and creating spaces where everyone feels valued and supported.
