If I were my own client, I would prioritize prevention and balance. Microneedling would be one of my foundational treatments. Prioritizing collagen stimulation keeps skin firm, smooth and resilient. I would start conservatively with neurotoxins in areas such as my crow’s feet, glabella and forehead. Softening movement early prevents deep lines from forming. Relaxed muscles = smoother skin, and frozen isn’t the goal, looking refreshed is. I would choose an IV drip that supports immunity during high stress weeks with vitamin C, Zinc, Glutathione and extra hydration, because prevention is easier than recovery and wellness is proactive.
