Today, we’re celebrating Baylee passing her BCBA EXAM and becoming a BCBA!!!_
If you know Baylee, you know there is never a dull moment when she’s around. She is loud, hilarious, energetic, playful, and completely herself — and that is exactly what makes her so special. From playing Zombies and Grandma to Cops and bad guys , chasing our kiddos around, getting down on the floor to play, and turning everyday moments into opportunities to learn, Baylee has a way of making therapy feel like just… being a kid. 💙
But behind all that energy is one of the biggest hearts you’ll ever find.
Baylee is a nurturer. She genuinely cares about every client who walks through our doors. She pays attention to the little things, advocates for the needs of the children she works with, celebrates their victories, and never stops believing in what they are capable of.
Xx Her goal has always been bigger than simply providing therapy — she wants every client she encounters to thrive. And if you’ve ever watched her work, you can see just how much she means that.
The kids love Baylee because she doesn’t just teach them — she plays with them, laughs with them, connects with them, challenges them, encourages them, and meets them exactly where they are. She has a beautiful ability to make children feel safe, seen, and celebrated while helping them grow.
