Dolores Cannon's Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) is a method of Hypnosis that involves inducing an individual into a state of deep relaxation in order to access the Subconscious or Higher Self. Upon doing so, we are not only able to access memories from past life experiences, but we are also able to work with the power of the Subconscious to address any physical or emotional issues that may be causing problems in their present life and heal them at the deepest level possible. Are you experiencing difficulty relaxing? Are you stressed or “on edge”? Always tired? A digestive system has that run amuck? Or a combination of these symptoms? A vagus nerve reset may help.

Our vagus nerve originates in the brainstem and is the longest cranial nerve in the human body. It directly influences our parasympathetic nervous system which is crucial to increasing internal calm, lowering stress / anxiety, and allowing us to be in a “rest and digest” state; in other words, a place of balance and recovery.

In this 60 minute session, Jo combines acupressure, sound, vibration, tuning forks, Tibetan bowls, breathwork, crystals, and Reiki to reset vagal responses and promote deep relaxation. This harmonious experience lends itself to a natural reset of the vagus nerve.
