We are currently experiencing an internet outage affecting South Midland, which is impacting our phone lines and electronic medical record systems at Coleman Family Clinic.

At this time, we do not have an estimated time for when these systems will be fully restored.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as our team continues to serve patients while working through the outage.
