Join us July 17 at 6 pm for the MINI TKT, powered by Jolt Credit Union, at Plymouth Park, where kids ages 3-5 can experience their very first triathlon in a safe, fun, and encouraging environment.

Courtesy of our Tot Trot and Expo sponsor Soaring Eagle Waterpark and Hotel, one lucky Tot Trotter and one lucky 1-Miler were chosen at random to win a one-night stay and 4 waterpark passes!!! 🙌

What an incredible weekend! With perfect weather, countless smiles, and an amazing sense of community, the 40th Annual Greater Midland Dow RunWalk exceeded all expectations. 🙌

With just 2 days until race day, now is the perfect time to sign up if you haven’t registered yet. Online registration closes TONIGHT at midnight, so don’t wait!

And the hype starts before race day - join us on Friday at the Dow RunWalk EXPO! Enjoy great vendors, delicious food trucks, and fun activities for the whole family. The EXPO is open to everyone and takes place in the MAC Gym at the Greater Midland Community Center from 3:30 PM–6:30 PM. 🌟
