I’d love some feedback on how I can help you and your family. Let me know what things I can post here that would be beneficial for you. If I was able to put a class together, what would you like to gain from it? Would you love to see some recipe ideas? Time saving tips for meal planning and prep? Tips for wellness and nutritional/herbal remedies?

Because of the overwhelming response for meals, I’ve decided to make 40 meals available Friday evening, May 17th. I will be in the Burlington parking lot off the Loop in Midland from 4:45-5:30 and you can stop by and pick up your family’s meal.

To kick it off, I’ve picked a fan favorite. 😋 I’ll be cooking grass fed beef burgers, oven roasted fries, and a side salad with dressing separate. These will be available for $12 and add-on options are a slice of raw white cheddar for .50 cents and/or an organic whole grain bun for $1.00 (note the bun will not be homemade or gluten free).

Reservations require full payment. Venmo is preferred. I’ll post my Venmo in the comments. Once we hit 40, I’ll let everyone know. My goal is to offer this every other Friday. So if you miss out this time, mark your calendar for the next date.

Meals will be packaged in eco-friendly PFA free disposable containers.

My love for creating healthy and nourishing meals started over 20 years ago when I found myself in a health crisis. I had struggled with an autoimmune disease since the age of 12, and I remember being so discouraged and believing that there was another way to health beyond western medicine. I went out and bought the “Prescription for Nutritional Healing” read it and any other health and wellness book I could get my hands on, and thus began the journey to fuel my body with nourishing food, also while changing my lifestyle and studying herbal medicine, homeopathy, naturopathy, and food energetics.

The phrase, “you are what you eat” isn’t just a cliche. If you want to change your health and that of your family, start with what you eat. It’s a lot I know and with young children and picky palates it’s hard, but introducing clean and delicious options over time can make a huge impact.
