• Full-Time Second Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
• Part-Time Weekend Shift: 7:00 AM–6:00 PM
(with opportunity to pick up additional weekday shifts)
• Two Full-Time Overnight Positions: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
– One Permanent Position
– One Temporary Position (June–August)

📍 Bay County
• Full-Time Mid-Day Shift: 10:00 AM–8:00 PM
• Male Staff Needed for Teenager Support Team:
– Full-Time Night Shift
– Part-Time Night Shift
– Full-Time Day Shift

📍 Isabella County
• Female Part-Time Day Staff Position for a young teen.

Yesterday, the Arnold Center had the incredible honor of participating in the DOW Championship Media Day! We are sincerely grateful for the opportunity to share our mission and highlight the amazing work happening every day through our programs, social enterprises, and workforce development initiatives.

This event allowed us to showcase how inclusion, opportunity, and community partnerships create meaningful impact across the Great Lakes Bay Region. From vocational training and employment opportunities to building confidence, independence, and connection, we are proud to stand alongside the incredible individuals we serve.

A special thank you to the DOW Championship and everyone involved for recognizing the importance of creating a community where everyone has the opportunity to contribute, grow, and succeed. We are excited for what the future holds and thankful to be part of such an inspiring event!

Today was an incredible day at the Arnold Center!

We were honored to host Media Day for the Dow Championship and to have the opportunity to participate in a panel discussion highlighting the work happening right here in our community.

It was exciting to share the story of the Arnold Center, our growing social enterprises, and most importantly, the incredible individuals who work alongside us every day proving that inclusion, opportunity, and talent strengthen our entire region. From vocational training and employment supports to innovative programs like the Good Kitchen and Arnold Farms, we are proud to showcase how meaningful work creates confidence, independence, and community connection.

This experience was more than just a spotlight on our organization — it was an opportunity to share a bigger message: together, we are helping build a more connected, compassionate, and economically resilient Great Lakes Bay Region for everyone.
