Week 1 of The Holding Space reminded us of something many in this journey have heard but don’t always feel seen in:
Stress does not cause infertility. But infertility absolutely causes stress.
From the outside, it’s easy for people to say....
“just relax” or “don’t think about it”…
But what we held space for this week was the truth:
This journey impacts your mind, your body, your relationships, and your sense of control.
Together, we explored ways to gently support ourselves through:
✨ Breathwork
✨ Stillness
✨ Reflection
Not to “fix” anything.
But to feel better while we move through it.
If this week taught us anything, it’s this: You deserve care, softness, and support right where you are.
