Most gymnasts and cheerleaders spend hours working on skills in the gym.
Very few spend time building the strength that makes those skills easier, more powerful, and more consistent.
That’s where I come in.
As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, former HPU collegiate cheerleader, and coach specializing in cheer and gymnastics athletes, I’ve created a hybrid performance coaching program designed to help athletes 10+ y. o. build strength, improve body control, increase power, and gain confidence.
This isn’t a generic workout program.
Every athlete receives an in-person assessment & training on fundamental movement patterns/ initial
programming, 3x/week customized programming delivered virtually, weekly 15-minute virtual coaching/ Q&A session, and ongoing support throughout the off-season.
