Dealing with wrist tightness, hand numbness, or Carpal Tunnel symptoms? Try Median Nerve Flossing! 🖐️⚡️
The median nerve runs down your arm and into the center of your palm. When it gets irritated or compressed, nerve glides can help move the tissue smoothly and relieve tension without aggressive stretching.
How to perform a Median Nerve Glide:
Extend your arm straight out to the side with your palm up and wrist extended back.
Tilt your head towards your arm to put the nerve in a slacked position.
Coordinate your head and wrist movements: tilt your head away while bringing your wrist back, then tilt towards as you flex the wrist.
Perform 5 to 10 smooth reps, shake out your arm, and retest!
