Fast Track Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine is Salt Lake Cityโs premiere orthopedic and performance rehabilitation center. Our doctorate-level therapists are leaders in manual therapy, corrective rehab, and sports performance who combine current research with clinical reasoning to get you back on your feet and better than before. Fast Track Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine is the preferred physical therapy clinic for professional, collegiate, amateur, youth, and mountain athletes, and well as all orthopedic injuries and post-surgical conditions. If youโre not sure whether physical therapy would benefit you โ call our office and request a free consultation. Unlike some clinicโs free screens, we donโt have a set screen for everyone. Youโre unique and your visit will be tailored to you, whether you have injury concerns, would like a gait analysis, or just need to get a hitch out of your golf swing. In addition to orthopedic and sports rehab, we now offer neuro rehab!
