Today is the spring equinox — the actual, official, first day of spring — and the Wasatch is doing that thing where it can't quite decide if it's still winter or not, which honestly makes this the perfect day to let the sauna sort it out for you. The peaks still have snow, the valley is warming up, and stepping between the heat and the cold air outside right now feels like standing exactly on the edge of two seasons at once. Book your session this weekend and mark the turning point properly.

The mountains are still holding onto winter up here in Heber Valley, and honestly, so are we. Forty-seven degrees at sunrise, clear sky, the Wasatch range doing its thing in the background — this is the window before everything turns green and crowded. Step out of the heat, hit the cold plunge, and let March do the rest.

Something new is glowing at Wasatch Mountain Sauna ✨

We just installed a stunning backlit Himalayan salt wall in the entry room—and it's even more beautiful in person. Beyond the gorgeous ambiance, salt walls are known for their calming, restorative properties. It's the perfect welcome as you step in from the crisp mountain air.

But we're not stopping there. We also completely rebuilt the deck with sturdier, longer-lasting boards. And coming soon: a second cold plunge 🧊, private changing rooms, extra seating with mountain views, and ski racks for our cross-country crew 🎿
We're so grateful to be part of your wellness routine. Come see the upgrades for yourself—book your session at the link in bio!
