🧠⚡ Can you believe you can train your brain, move your body, and practice kinesthetics—all at the same time?

During this drill, your brain is working to:

👀 Process the environment
📍 Track position and distance
🦶 Coordinate precise foot placement
⚖️ Control balance and momentum
🔄 Quickly adjust the movement pattern

The brain plans the movement, the nervous system delivers the message, and the body responds—all within seconds!

How cool is that? This isn’t just exercise—it’s brain and body training working together! 🧠💪🔥

🎉✨ BIG NEWS—MT. TAYLOR FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE IS NOW OPEN FULL TIME, AND I’M LOOKING FOR YOU! ✨🎉

We don’t place everyone on the same repetitive plan. Your program is personalized around your symptoms, abilities, needs, and goals. 🎯

We look at the body as a whole through blood, stool, urine, and saliva testing, when appropriate. We may evaluate hormones, digestion, immune function, detoxification, energy pathways, oxidative stress, and nervous-system regulation.

📣 This is a program—not a one-and-done appointment. Lasting progress takes time, guidance, and ongoing support.

💳 Payment options may be available for approximately $100–$129 per month, depending on your program.

📞 Your first step is a phone or Zoom consultation so we can discuss what you need and determine whether we’re a good fit.

🏆 I am incredibly honored to receive the 2026 ANMA Higher Achievement Award!

Attending this conference/graduation has been truly life-changing. This recognition is not the end of my journey—it has made me realize that I am only beginning.

Moving forward, I will continue striving to become the very best version of myself. I will keep learning, researching, and developing protocols while giving 100% to the people who place their trust in me.

My purpose is to help people create meaningful, lasting outcomes—not only in my own life, but in the lives of everyone I have the privilege to work with.

I am deeply grateful, incredibly excited, and so happy to be on this journey. The best is yet to come! 💚

📣 Exciting Announcement! 🎉

I’m incredibly excited and honored to begin a one-year externship with Dr. Paul Tai on behalf of Mt. Taylor Functional Medicine! At 80 years young, Dr. Tai continues to mentor doctors like me—providing guidance on my most challenging cases, helping me interpret lab findings, and sharing valuable insight into protocols. I cannot wait to bring this expanded knowledge and experience back to Mt. Taylor Functional Medicine so I can serve and help others to the very best of my ability! 🧡🌿

This has always fascinated me!

Your body is constantly building, repairing, and renewing itself. 🧬

DNA holds your genetic blueprint. RNA carries a copy of those instructions, and ribosomes read the message to build proteins. Those proteins help form your muscles, enzymes, hormones, immune defenses, and tissues.

One blueprint. One message. Millions of proteins. This is how your cells help create and maintain you—every single day.

ALL THE WAYS TO EAT YOURSELF TOWARD TYPE 2 DIABETES

🥤 Drink your sugar—soda, sweet tea, energy drinks and sugary coffee.

🥣 Eat dessert disguised as breakfast—sweetened cereal, pastries, flavored oatmeal and giant muffins.

🍟 Combine refined carbohydrates with heavily processed fats—fast food, chips, cookies, doughnuts and frozen meals.

🍞 Build every meal around white bread, pasta, crackers and other low-fiber carbohydrates. And yes, sourdough.

🍬 Snack and graze on processed foods all day, keeping insulin working overtime.

🍽️ Regularly eat more energy than your body can use, allowing visceral and liver fat to accumulate.

🧃 Assume “natural,” “organic” or “fat-free” means metabolically healthy.

🪑 Eat this way while losing muscle and barely moving your body.

Type 2 diabetes usually does not come from eating an apple, berries or vegetables. It develops through a combination of insulin resistance, genetics, excess body fat, low activity and long-term dietary patterns.

Fruit is not the villain. The repeated combination of added sugar, refined carbohydrates, ultra-processed foods, excess calories and inactivity is the bigger problem.

Your fork sends biological signals at every meal. Choose wisely.🥩

🦵 Your thighs may say more about longevity than the number on the scale.

Research has linked smaller thigh circumference with a higher risk of cardiovascular disease and premature death. Strong legs support mobility, metabolic health, independence, and longevity—so don’t skip leg day!
