🌕✨ FULL MOON SOUND BATH MEDITATION RECAP ✨🌕

What a powerful evening under Friday's Full Moon 🌕🌀 With the energy of the lunar eclipse surrounding us, we gathered in sacred space to slow down, turn inward, and allow the vibrations of sound to guide us into deeper reflection and release.

Crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and healing frequencies filled the space as we breathed, surrendered, and connected with the energy of this powerful lunar moment 🌑

The Full Moon invites us to illuminate what has been hidden, release what we’ve outgrown, and make space for what’s ready to emerge.

And what a beautiful reminder this evening was:
✨ You don't have to carry it all.
✨ You don't have to have it all figured out.
✨ You are allowed to pause, receive, and begin again.

Deep appreciation to everyone who joined me beneath the full moon and trusted the sound to take you wherever you needed to go 🫶

✨ REIKI + SOUND MEDITATION RECAP ✨

What a beautiful evening of energy, sound, stillness, and deep relaxation. 🫶

Together Diffusingpeace & I created space to slow down, breathe deeply, release what no longer serves us, and simply receive.

From guided breathwork and meditation to the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and the gentle flow of Reiki energy, the evening was a beautiful reminder that healing doesn’t always require us to do more.

Sometimes, healing begins when we pause.
When we soften.
When we allow ourselves to receive. 💜

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us and trusted us to hold space for your journey. And a special thank you to Reiki Master Paula for sharing her beautiful energy and gifts alongside me! 💛✨️

May you continue carrying that sense of peace, grounding, and connection with you long after our time together!

Until we gather again… breathe, receive, and simply be. 🕉✨️

What a beautiful evening of movement, mindfulness, community & ✨elevation✨ at the sacred studio!

Our 8/14 Elevated Yoga & Sound session was SOUL aligned. 💜 From grounding our bodies through yoga, to melting into the vibrations of sound healing, to connecting with some incredible Michigan cannabliss brands... we loved every moment!!!

A huge THANK YOU to Superb - JS for bringing their artisanal, small-batch, solventless rosin dab bar experience and to SUNDAY for joining us with their Michigan-made pre-rolls. 🌿✊ Starkey Sourdough for her amazing goodies and this dope video 💛✨️

And of course, endless gratitude to everyone who showed up, opened their hearts, moved their bodies, and elevated with us. 🫶✨

We’ll create intention & energy infused brooms using natural materials, herbs, and seasonal décor while tapping into the energy of the Fall Equinox.
