A sound bath meditation is a deeply immersive experience, listening to sounds and vibrations from instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes to promote deep relaxation and a meditative state. The "bath" metaphor comes from how the sounds surround and wash over you, creating a full-body listening experience. The goal is to shift into a relaxed meditative state where your mind can quiet down, your body can experience deep tranquility and stress reduction, your spirit can harmonize and heal.

There are moments when I pause and look at how far this journey has come… and it almost feels like a dream. Watching the sun rise over the sacred space that continues to hold so much healing, growth, and connection fills me with so much gratitude.

Rooted & Ready: Wilderness & Wellness 🌿✨

Step into a space where empowerment meets deep restoration.

This unique experience is designed to help you feel more confident navigating the outdoors while also reconnecting with your body, your intuition, and your sense of inner calm.

We’ll begin by grounding into the space together before moving into Crafting Confidence a survey-style class by Jen Davis focused on building self-trust and preparedness in outdoor and public spaces. We’ll explore topics like safety, situational awareness, personal protection, injury prevention, emergency prep, basic navigation, Leave No Trace, and more. This is a supportive, inclusive space created for women, femme/feminine-identifying, non-binary, and genderqueer individuals... especially those who haven’t always felt represented in outdoor spaces.

Afterward, we’ll shift into a deeply restorative Sound Healing experience by Ashley Laskey starting with a brief introduction to sound healing and flowing into a guided sound bath meditation. This portion is designed to calm your nervous system, integrate what you’ve learned, and bring you back into balance.

We’ll close with a gentle wrap-up, leaving you feeling grounded, empowered, and ready.
