This is a Leica DME with an actual LED retrofit installed. The the light intensity k**b. Is still in the same location as the original control. The primary difference the operator will notice. Is originally the turn k**b was lighted once the switch was turned on. The LED switch is unlighted.

Update installation is not a direct plug and play. I can perform the conversion on site at your lab. The last time I attempted to order repair parts for the halogen light source. The electronics were no long available. I do however carry halogen bulbs, bulb sockets and connectors for the halogen system.

NOW OFFERING MICROSCOPE LED LIGHT SOURCES...

Kits are available for a variety of microscopes. The manufacturer has designed them in such a way. That most may be installed, with no modification to your microscope. Stop back for continuing updates on microscope models. I will try to update pictures and options. As I utilize these kits in the field.

These microscopes presently use halogen bulb. The kit is manufactured for easy installation. With out the need to disassemble or modify the scope. Light dimming control sits on counter, next to your microscope. I can provide installation. Which locates the dimming control to be installed within the microscope. Using the original dimmer k**b to control light intensity.
