June is National Safety Month so we share a reminder regarding natural disaster and home evacuation planning that you can coordinate with your county.

Two of our support groups in the Carolinas are hosting events this fall. This is a great opportunity to meet and connect with fellow CRPS Warriors. Click through to learn more about the August event in Myrtle Beach and the September event in Charlotte.

As always, you can find a link to all of our current in-person, Zoom, Facebook, and peer support groups on page 13. If you want to start your own support group, or if you want to share what's new with your group, let us know!

RSDSA's 7th Annual Walk for CRPS took place earlier this month and we recapped the event with photos and a link to a news segment. On page 7, we also shared photos from Burning Hope’s Walk Strong event that took place at the end of April.

Don’t forget to register for The CRPS Connection: RSDSA's Adult Weekend Retreat taking place this October in Philadelphia. There are also two scholarships available for this event!

June is National Safety Month!

Some local governments have resources to help assist with medical needs (electricity for a medical device during an emergency, evacuation assistance, etc.) but they cannot help if they don’t know who (and where!) you are.

Does your county have a “Special Needs Program” that can assist you during a natural disaster?

Contact your county to learn more about resources. Start by researching your local Office of Emergency Management, Department of Health or call your town/city hall. Please note that the name of this office may vary depending on where you live.

I'm proud of everyone on our team who signed up and participated, in whatever capacity they were able. Austin & I did 1.86mi with our friend & her dog, on a scenic trail alongside a river.
