Rest doesn’t always have to mean doing nothing.

Sometimes it’s a slower morning. A walk outside. Putting your phone down for a while. Reading a few chapters of a good book. Or simply giving yourself permission not to fill every minute of the day.

Wellness isn’t about doing everything perfectly. It’s about noticing what you need and making room for a little more of it. 💚
