Football season is here, and we’re bringing back our College Football Pick ‘Ems! 🎉🏈 Grab your Y friends, make your picks, and have a little friendly competition all season long!

🏈 HOW IT WORKS:
1️⃣ Every Friday, we’ll feature a Game of the Week during the college football season.
2️⃣ YOU MUST SCAN IN AT THE GRANDVIEW YMCA ON FRIDAY TO PLAY! 📲🏈
3️⃣ Pick the team you think will WIN that week’s Game of the Week. 🏈
4️⃣ If your team wins, YOUR NAME GOES INTO THE GRAND PRIZE DRAWING! 🎉
5️⃣ The more you play AND pick the correct team, the more chances you have to win! 🙌
6️⃣ We’ll continue our Pick ‘Ems throughout the season and finish with the SEC Championship Game! 🏆🏈

🎉 THE BIG DRAWING:
At the end of the season, all eligible winning entries will be placed into a drawing, and ONE lucky winner will take home the $50 Baumhower’s gift card AND the YMCA cooler!

🥊 Fighting Parkinson’s—one round at a time!

The Grandview Family YMCA team recently had the opportunity to share how our Rock Steady Boxing Program is helping people living with Parkinson’s disease fight back with strength, confidence, and determination.

Through boxing-inspired exercise, meaningful encouragement, and the support of a caring community, participants work to improve mobility, balance, and overall well-being. More than a fitness program, Rock Steady creates a place where every fighter feels supported, empowered, and reminded that they are never alone in the fight.
