Can you believe I’ve lost 32 pounds now?!?! It doesn’t feel real, and maybe because it was so easy? I’m so flipping thankful I did it, despite the negativity surrounding it. It has been one of the best things I’ve done for myself in a long time! It feels like… self love ❤️ anywho out of my mushy feelings and back to the logistics… the company I use ships in these reusable water bottles with reusable ice packs and comes with everything needed… including anti nausea meds just incase! The ONLY thing that has ever truly stopped me from succeeding at anything in my life… has been the weight of other people’s opinions.

Marriage… I was scared people would judge me for staying. I kept thinking, “What self-respecting woman would?”

Farmhouse Furbabies… some people loved it, some people HATED it. And even though deep down I know how special it was and what it could’ve become… I let the hate get louder than the love.

Because hate is loud! It shows up every day. It tags you. Messages you. Picks you apart.

Love is quieter. Love is the woman who stops you in the grocery store. The local who smiles when they see you out. The people silently rooting for you from afar. Love doesn’t always chase you down… sometimes you have to stumble into it to remember it’s there.

And now the building… I sit here realizing I designed so much of it for resale instead of for me. I let other people’s lack of whimsy convince me to shrink my own. I stopped creating a home and started creating something “acceptable.”

And honestly? I’m tired of abandoning myself just to avoid judgment from people who aren’t living my life anyway.

So tell me… how did you get over the fear of being judged? What do you do in the face of criticism or objection?

Because apparently my coping mechanism is just… running, and your girl is tired.

I get this question a lot bc you guys see what I see, my hair changing in what seems like overnight. I prioritized my hair health instead of getting free haircuts from bleach. Now I didn’t give up bleach or hair fun completely but I did give this vitamin a try and if there’s one thing I can give credit to for my hair transformation, it is this.
