What if that random song your child keeps singing isn't so random after all? 🎵💙

Sometimes, familiar songs, phrases, or movie lines can communicate more than we realize.

For Vincent, singing Itsy Bitsy Spider can be a sign that he's feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or sad. It's something Ruth has learned to recognize by paying attention to his patterns.

This is called scripting, and it's an important reminder that communication doesn't always look or sound the way we expect.

💡 This week's Adaptive Fitness Top Tip: Be curious before making assumptions. Pay attention to the context, look for patterns, and take time to understand what someone might be communicating.
