Sessions will help you to reduce anxiety and stress, build self-confidence, self esteem and trust, enhance life skills, problem solving and setting healthy boundaries, as it facilitates healing of the mind, body and soul. Horses have an amazing power to teach us about ourselves. Empower yourself to heal as you partner with a horse. No experience is necessary and all activities are performed on the ground with no riding involved.
