This life is ours to choose.

Diving into the pains, the sorrows, the mistakes, staying raw & unfiltered... despite the darkness that can come & go.

Nobody has all the answers or knows exactly how an individual would respond in any given situation.

Hold out hope & space for the possibilities, without the shame, blame, & disgrace.

Live each day like it might be your last, while still being mindful, having respect for the precious breath of life that's been given.

Be BRAVE! Lean into support where it presents itself.

You're not alone in your trials, tribulations, & struggles.

A person may not know exactly how you feel.
However, they might understand the desperation of looking up from the deep dark pit, & the thought that there's no way out, so why bother.

That's when having a light from another can help spark what's inside of yourself to get back up & walk out of the darkness together. Sometimes you might even notice how it seems miraculous & from a higher power.
That's not something that's happened by chance or coincidence. Many things happen for a reason.

If you or someone you know is experiencing a particularly dark time in life, feel free to reach out.
Strength comes from acknowledging the pain & emotions that can surface, not by burying them.
