Vibration plates seem to be all the rage right now, so we went ahead and added one to Body Logic! 🫨
A vibration plate is a machine that oscillates when you stand on it, forcing your muscles to constantly contract and relax, upward of 1,800 times in a 30 second span. We got Lifepro's Waver, which is the top rated vibration plate by Men's Health.
