🌿 “A Little Space Between You and the Day”

You’re allowed to simply be.

So much of our day is spent giving.

Giving our time. Our attention. Our energy. Taking care of work, family, responsibilities—and all the little things that somehow find their way onto the list.

A Reiki session can be a quiet opportunity to turn some of that attention back toward yourself.

There is nothing you need to accomplish during your time on the table. You can simply settle in, become still, and allow yourself to receive.

Sometimes that quiet space is exactly what we've been missing. 🌿
