✨ DAY 5 ✨

Most of the peeling is complete, and that fresh new skin is really starting to show! My skin feels smoother, brighter, and refreshed. 🤍

One important part of a ZO 3-Step Peel is preconditioning the skin beforehand. Proper skin prep helps the skin tolerate the peel better, promotes a more predictable result, and helps reduce the risk of unwanted pigmentation.

Skin prep matters just as much as the treatment itself! ✨

✨ Day 4: Microneedling + ZO 3-Step Peel ✨

Today I’m seeing more of that dry, peeling skin come away and fresh new skin starting to show underneath! My redness is calming down, but I’m still a little dry and sensitive.

Today I’m focusing on hydration, barrier support, growth factors, and lots of sunscreen. 💧☀️

The glow is starting to come through! 🤍

Day 3 ✨

I really started peeling last night, and in the shower this morning a lot of the loose skin came off while cleansing with ZO Balancing Emulsion.

Today my skin feels dry, tight, and flaky, but that’s all part of the process as the old skin sheds and fresh new skin starts to come through. 🤍

No picking — just gentle cleansing, hydration, and SPF while the skin continues to heal.

DAY 2 — Healing Update

Today my skin is feeling tight, dry, and a little rough, with some mild redness and the beginning stages of peeling.

You may also notice a little bronzing or darker-looking skin before the skin starts to shed — this can be a normal part of the healing process after microneedling + the ZO 3-Step Peel.

For now: hydrate, protect your skin, and no picking! 🤍

Day 1 of my healing progress after my ZO 3-Step Peel ✨

Today, you can expect the skin to feel dry, red, warm, and a little tight. The peeling usually starts over the next couple of days, so I’ll keep sharing my progress so you can see exactly what the healing process looks like.

This morning I used:
• ZO Balancing Cleansing Emulsion — helps remove makeup, sunscreen, oil, and impurities without stripping the skin barrier. It contains oat kernel extract and bisabolol to help calm redness and irritation.
• 6% Retinol Crème Complex
• Firming Serum
• Lots of Hydrating Crème 💧

Day 1 is all about supporting the skin barrier, keeping the skin hydrated, and letting the peel do its work. Stay tuned for Day 2! 🤍
