BATON ROUGE — Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill has filed a lawsuit against Express Scripts Inc. and its affiliate Ascent Health Services LLC, accusing them of manipulating the prescription drug marketplace at the expense of Louisiana patients and independent pharmacies.
