The reason I got into hypnosis was spiritual. I wanted to work on an other worldly level via past life regression, which I studied for a few years, devouring countless books on it.

Then I thought I’ll learn hypnosis - starting at regular hypnosis which you need to know to be able to facilitate past life regression.

Then I thought “I’ll just use it on myself and loved ones”.

Then I thought “if I make a difference for only one person, it will be worth it”….

Then I saw results with myself (the Guinea pig) and my husband…

And my practice subjects (you know who you are! Thank you 🙏)

Then clients start coming… Then they come back to you visibly changed people, sometimes even their voices and mannerisms are different-more confident, bringing their cherished family members…

You see them become more of who they were truly meant to be. In the moment. Right now.

Also compelling is watching someone help themselves before your very eyes with some kind of symptoms that greatly get reduced within the session!

Not that I’m claiming to cure anyone of anything (I’m certainly not a miracle worker, a doctor, I’m not even a counselor!). It’s just nice to be the facilitator to help people work with themselves to try and attain their highest and greatest good. They’re doing all the work.

The feeling you get is truly indescribable.

Can hypnosis be used to help Parkinson’s symptoms?

Hypnosis can be a helpful complementary therapy for managing Parkinson’s symptoms, though of course it’s not a cure.

Some studies suggest it can significantly improve symptoms by using the mind-body connection.
It is also often effective in targeting the anxiety and stress that is caused by the symptoms.

Some case studies have documented a reduction in tremors, and some have reported improved motor control, better balance, and better handwriting. improved gait and handwriting, as well as improved sleep quality.

I have seen this in my own subjects, they come in shaking almost uncontrollably and leave much more stable and in control. This is why we do what we do 🙏

Does meditation increase psychic abilities?

Meditation may allow for psychic abilities to develop and messages to be noticed and received better by shutting out the noise of everyday thoughts, stresses, and other distractions.

For people who don’t think they are very psychic, it can open the third eye which is the energy center in your head, between your eyes. The pineal gland is deep in the brain behind this center. It contains calcite crystals. When certain types of deep breathing is practiced, pressure is applied to the crystals by way of forcing the cerebrospinal fluid up into the brain - activating the crystals piezoelectrically.

This is particularly effective when done in darkness, because that signals the pineal gland to produce melatonin, which can be further broken down into DMT (dimethyltryptamine) - a hallucinogen nicknamed the God Molecule.

The brain produces alpha waves in meditation and theta waves in hypnosis, which lowers the guard of the critical conscious mind and allows access to the subconscious.

This allows heightened intuition, increased access to the Clair-senses, and allowing the person to notice changes in energy patterns in the quantum field. It also helps them to connect to the quantum field, which is the energy field that surrounds everyone and everything, everywhere, at every time.

What is the relationship, if any, between cellular memory and reincarnation?
Thank you for asking! This is a fascinating question.

According to Bruce Lipton, cell biologist, he does not believe that cells retain enough knowledge or memory of past incarnations within the nucleus, and there is not enough material for them to hold a lot of memory as the nucleus is relatively limited. In fact, cells can live and function for a few months after being enucleated (having the nucleus removed). In his book the Biology of Belief, he explains that the answer lies with the cell membrane itself (which he lovingly dubs the mem-BRAIN).

On the cell membrane there are peptides called HLA (Human Leukocyte Antigen). These are unique to the individual, and act as ‘antennae’ that pick up bioelectrical signals from the external environment, like a download.

Dr. Bruce Lipton describes it as being like a TV picking up a TV broadcast. When the TV breaks, the broadcast is still there until there is another TV to pick it up.

He explains that the body is like the TV picking up the broadcast of your energetic soul, and that soul has of course lived in other bodies like broadcasts were played on other TVs.

Emotions are harbored in the body as physical manifestations. What begins as energy (thought) turns into chemicals (neuropeptides) and influences the organs and tissues.....so often people can make themselves sick....or make themselves well!

A fluttering heart, knots in your stomach, clammy hands -- are you just nervous about something? Talk to your doctor if it does not go away because it could be anxiety and you might need treatment. https://wb.md/4tULs65

What's it like to be hypnotized? Is it reasonable to be afraid of the thought of being hypnotized?

You are most likely already familiar with the feeling of hypnosis, because it’s a natural state of the brain usually twice or more per day: right before falling asleep and right before becoming aware when you wake up.

Hypnosis feels like being really relaxed and about to drift off to sleep, but you are still aware.

Your subconscious mind allows information to download in this state. This is why babies and children learn so fast , because their brains are constantly producing the hypnosis brainwaves until the late teens. They of course don’t act relaxed like adults in hypnosis do, but the brainwaves are the same.

This is also why it’s important to not allow yourself to fall asleep in front of the TV…all that JUNK gets implanted in your subconscious mind!

It is also reasonable to be scared, because hypnosis has been stigmatized in movies, on TV, etc. Also it has been marginalized as a stage act, where a hypnotist who is talented at reading the room will get people to cluck like a chicken.

If used correctly, it can be incredibly empowering to the individual when they choose what is put into their subconscious mind. It can have negative effects on someone’s life if they had the incorrect information put in.

A good example of this a child who’s parent tells them they will never amount to anything. Since children’s brains are always downloading (their brains are making hypnosis brainwaves), this gets programmed into their subconscious mind - especially because it comes from an authority figure-the parent. When incorrect information is implanted it becomes devastating to the individual. That’s when to be scared…

Visiting a hypnotherapist implants what you WANT to go into the subconscious mind, and can overwrite bad programming and be used as a fast and powerful supplement to talk therapy (it does not replace therapy). It helps with habits like smoking, over eating, etc.

Hypnosis can also be used to discover latent issues that a person does not realize consciously, brought to light, and then reframed. This will give the client and hypnotherapist an idea where the problem came from so it can be dealt with.

In summary, hypnosis feels like being deeply relaxed, but you are awake and in control. Types of subversive hypnosis to be wary of: falling asleep with the TV or radio -ESPECIALLY THE NEWS on - or anything with repetitive commercials, or giving negative attention to children.

Actively daydreaming and falling asleep thinking about something positive that you want is a great form of self-hypnosis. Some of the greatest minds did this, like Thomas Edison.

Hypnotherapy to help with issues, fears, habits, etc. is also worthy of pursuing. Even past life regressions, when done by a competent therapist, will separate the person from any negativity or reframe it during the session as a means of therapy.

What are the potential benefits of being hypnotized by a professional hypnotherapist?

There are so many benefits to this they are almost without limit.

A professional with help you put together a game plan depending on what you want to achieve. Maybe you want to reduce stress, manage chronic pain, sell more products, quit a habit, lose weight, visit past lives, communicate with your higher self, I could go on and on.

Sometimes one session works, sometimes more are required. We are talking about individuals with their own specific circumstances and brains, so a professional will with you to draw up a viable game plan for you.

Remember, the brain reaches hypnosis naturally a few times a day. With a professional, you get to choose the messages that get put into your subconscious mind… You get to create your own destiny….

How can you tell if someone is remembering a past life or if they are just imagining it?

This is the age old question… most people ask it! Heck I’ve asked it…

A good hypnotherapist will deepen the subject so they relax more, and they critical conscious mind analyzes the data less. Then, they would encourage the person just to keep talking even if it feels like they are making it up. To just pretend that nobody’s listening, because nobody is judging them. Nobody is going to know what went on here today (unless you want them to) because hypnotherapists are bound by confidentiality, so just keep making it up!

And…so what if you are making it up? It can be a very powerful form of therapy that can help you with this life here and now to release issues you may be struggling with. Once the regression is complete, people are often surprised by recurring themes, Amazing emotional experiences, and detailed information that came forward. Some have told me “I may be creative , but I’m not THAT creative!”

And…. What if you’re not making it up? You just might be accessing a sacred part of your soul’s history that you were meant to see here and now to help you in some way.

After the regression, it’s common to ‘unpack’ more information in the next couple of days that have powerful emotions and information. Often the therapist only hears about the tip of the iceberg.

The best thing you can do is not worry if you’re making it up. Allow the filter to open and just say the first thing that comes to your mind when in a regression. Psychics often say this is how they work as well. Just play with it and have fun!

Hypnosis vs psychotherapy and psychiatry:

Hypnosis classes often have more than one psychotherapist, psychologist, counselor, or other mental health professional in the student body. People in these professions understand the way the mind works, and wish to utilize the different brainwave states involved in hypnosis to help their clients to achieve results. As professionals, they know it is possible to get results using Hypnosis alongside other modalities such as talk therapy.

Hypnosis does not try to replace psychology, psychotherapy, or counseling; but it often partners well with those therapies.
