I’d like to take a moment to address some concerns that have recently been brought to my attention.

Every client who sits in my chair deserves to feel comfortable, informed, and respected. Before every piercing, I explain the process, answer any questions, and make sure the client is comfortable moving forward. If someone is unsure or changes their mind, I fully respect that.

For all initial piercings, sterile jewelry is used. If a client returns for a jewelry change with jewelry that has been stored behind the counter, I place it into a sterile solution while I prepare my station before handling the jewelry change.

I also want to clarify that I wear gloves for every piercing, setup and every jewelry change. Safety, cleanliness, and proper procedures are priorities that I take seriously.

If a client ever has a concern or is unhappy with any part of their experience, I genuinely want the opportunity to make it right. I will always do my best to listen, answer questions, and work toward a solution.

I understand that everyone is entitled to their opinions and experiences. Rather than engage in online back-and-forth, I’d prefer to continue focusing on providing the best care I can, learning every day, and treating every client with professionalism and respect.

I always make sure my clients are involved throughout the appointment, and once we’re finished, they get to check out their new piercings before heading home. Every client also receives both verbal and written aftercare instructions so they feel confident caring for their new piercing. Thank you for trusting me✨
