it has always been about connecting with people my entire life. Starting with my strong mom who gave me my sisters, my first soulmates, and leading to my son and daughter. I have been fortunate to have amazing and resilient people in my life who have shared so much love, laughter, and support over the years. Experience the combination of gentle movement and a sound bath.

Join me and sound bath leader Kristy Mills. Together we will offer you this unique event.

Free tension from your body and mind with a 30 minute slow flow and deep hold practice, with the sounds of singing bowls and chimes sprinkled in…then completely decompress with a 30 minute sound bath immersion to close the evening.
