Follow the season, into the forest.

This summer, in partnership with the Milwaukee County Parks, we’re thrilled to bring our experience to an idyllic location nestled just above Seven Bridges Trail at Wulff Lodge in Grant Park. We’ll be featuring wood fired sauna, cold showers and spaces to rest and recover.

Social and Private sessions are now available for booking through the link in our bio. Sessions begin June 12th.

In a busy world it can be difficult to find. Join for a session lead with mindfulness and breath techniques to adapt to a journey through contrast therapy. The session will culminate with a social gathering around the fire.
