Setting goals can be a great way for you to stay on track with your mission. What many lose sight of though, is that just because you miss a goal it does not make you a failure, rather it’s just time to adjust. That may mean adjusting the goal, or even the mission. We find it important to ask yourself when setting goals, “What happens if you don’t reach that goal?” This is a great way to make sure your goals align with your mission.
