Here’s a caption that keeps the personal/clinical message of the carousel but lets the ending have a little more personality:

Someone asked me today where I learned to do frenectomies.

And I realized how hard that question is to answer.

Because yes, I’ve learned surgical technique. But so much of what I know has come from thousands of patients, my own family, colleagues, movement specialists, therapists, lactation professionals, other dentists—and plenty of successes AND failures along the way.

The actual procedure is only one piece.

The Untethered Way is about everything around it.

How do you assess the whole person?
Who is actually a candidate for a frenectomy—and who isn’t?
When is the timing right?
What needs to happen BEFORE the procedure?
What’s the plan afterward?
Who should be on the collaborative team?
And how do we create an environment where this person can actually heal and function differently?

That’s what we’re teaching September 18–19 in Denver.

Two days of frenectomy protocols, clinical decision-making, case selection, interdisciplinary care, healing strategies, hands-on learning, and the systems we’ve built through years of doing this work.

And because it’s Colorado and I refuse to make you sit in a conference room for two days straight…

We’ll have lots of snacks.
We’re taking a trip to Red Rocks Amphitheatre.
And yes, there are virtual options if you can’t make it to Denver.

Come for the frenectomies. Stay for the snacks and Colorado.

If your child needs an expander, you might be surprised by how many different options there are.

The right appliance depends on the child, their growth, their needs, and what we’re trying to accomplish.

It’s not about picking the prettiest color. It’s about choosing what’s right for your child.

Have questions about expanders or your child’s treatment? Comment “EXPANDER” and we’ll send you the next step.

We’ve all seen the 4, 5, or 6-year-old with crowded baby teeth and thought, “They’re still so young.”

But what are we missing when we wait for the permanent teeth to come in before we take a closer look?

Learning to recognize airway and craniofacial patterns early changes the way you look at these young patients and the conversations you have with their parents.

That’s a big part of what we teach inside The Untethered Way: Foundations of Airway Dentistry.

You got the teeth straight. Then they started shifting again.

What changed? Or what was never addressed in the first place?

When teeth don’t stay where they were moved, it’s worth looking beyond the teeth and asking what the tongue, airway, and oral function are doing.

If you’ve been dealing with this, comment “SHIFT” and we’ll send you the next step.

You’re already seeing the signs. The next step is knowing how to connect them.

Tongue posture. Repeated ortho relapse. Sleep concerns. Crowded jaws. TMJ dysfunction.

The question is not whether these patients are showing up in your practice. It’s whether you have the framework to recognize what you’re seeing and know what to do next.

That’s why we created our free Jumpstart Guide for dentists who are ready to look at their patients through an airway lens.

Comment “GUIDE” and we’ll send it your way.

We hear this a lot. And yes, owning your own practice is a privilege. But there’s a lot that comes with it that people don’t see.

The “luck” looks a lot different from the outside.

What has owning a practice taught you?

Take a second and try this.

Breathe in through your nose. Hold. Then breathe out slowly.
How did that feel?

We get so used to the way we breathe that we stop noticing it.

If you noticed something you haven’t paid attention to before, we’re here to help.

Comment “BREATHE” and we’ll help you take the next step.

There’s something powerful about going into a course unsure of yourself and leaving with a completely different feeling about what you can bring into your practice.

She came in questioning whether frenectomies were right for her practice. She left feeling encouraged, motivated, and ready to take that next step.

That’s the kind of shift we love to see from our course participants.

Comment “COURSE” and we’ll send you the details for our next hands-on training in Denver, starting September 18.
