Please take a moment to learn more about how a little free pantry is owned by a community and shared with all.

Keep this pantry in mind when you shop for your own food and hygiene products.
Drop off donations directly to the pantry or bring them in to your next acupuncture, reiki, massage, or sauna appointment.

Earth season is upon us~
Just as summer winds down and autumn enters, we have a sweet spot to recalibrate.

Late summer can be summed up by one word: DIGESTION

All forms of it.
~Come back to nourishing foods that warm your belly
~Spend time processing life and tending to emotions
~Prioritize good sleep hygiene and take breaks to rest

Some things to AVOID:
cold, frozen, raw foods
burn out
late nights
pent up emotions
